As a guide we have 1 carer on when there are 10 children or less. Over 10 children in attendance we have a coordinator and a carer. THIS IS WELL ABOVE THE LEGAL REQUIREMENT WHICH IS A 1:15 RATIO!
Please consider starting work early and using BEFORE SCHOOL CARE which has plenty of spaces available
