Kevin’s Out of Hours School Care is committed to creating a sense of belonging for all children, families and staff where diverse identities, experiences, skills and interests are respected, valued and given opportunities to be expressed and developed.

 

We acknowledge that it is our differences that make us all unique and we endeavour to create an environment that supports, reflects and promotes equitable and inclusive behaviours and practices for all in our community.

 

We believe that whilst we are all different, we also have many similarities and it those areas of common ground that we prefer to focus on which form our common values, for example love of children, honesty, respectful to all.  We proactively ensure we do not  discriminated against families or children on the basis of gender, age ability, economic status, family structure, lifestyle, ethnicity, religion, spiritual practice, language, culture or national origin, and we model this behaviour at all times.
