St. Kevin’s Out of Hours School Care is run by a voluntary Parent Committee of Management made up of the parents from St. Kevin’s Primary School. The committee is entirely responsible for all business aspects of the centre including employing staff; enrolments; financing, policies, procedures and complying with legal requirements.

We are a separate legal entity to the school, however the School Principal is the licensee of the service. We are required to meet all the legal requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Regulations 2011. These laws are enforced by Department of Education and Employee workplace relations (DEEWR).
