Attached below is the Complaints and Grievances Policy.  If you have any concerns at all in relation to any aspect of the service we welcome your feedback.

We do not shy away from any information and will always address concerns equitably, fairly and respectfully.  We maintain a positive approach to feedback, viewing it as an opportunity to improve the service.  We also respect you for raising an issue.  The policy is aimed at providing the structure to ensure this occurs.

For minor issues in relation to the program delivery, if you feel it is appropriate speak directly to the staff concerned or director.

If you feel your issue is more serious, you have other levels where you can air your grievance:

  1. With the director at  >>here

  2. With the president  >> here (phone number is on the wall at OHSC)

  3. or you can raise your issue directly with the governing body, the DEECD >>here

All complaints and grievances are treated in a confidential manner.  We understand you may have concerns raising an issue may create negative ramifications for your child.  As parents we all have these concerns and if you feel this way, please contact the president (who is also a parent) or the DEECD.  Once again, the policy and the culture at OHSC aim to ensure this never happens.

We welcome the opportunity to assist you with any questions or concerns, and as a community organisation your views are essentiel to our continued operation of a quality service.
